Pawstock offers three convenient ways to receive your order. Your available options will appear automatically at checkout based on your location.

Pawstock Rapid Pick Up

Select your preferred in-store pickup time during checkout, and we will have your order ready for you at our Woodstock location. You will receive confirmation when your order is prepared and ready for pickup.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free hand-delivery to customers within 15 miles of our store at no charge. Most local delivery orders go out the same day when placed during business hours.Most orders go out the same day; next-day delivery is typical within our local area.

If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, you may contact us before placing your order.

UPS Ground Shipping

For customers outside of our local delivery area, orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on destination and carrier transit times.

Once an order has been transferred to UPS, tracking information will be provided. Carrier delays are outside of Pawstock’s direct control, but we are always available to assist with questions.
