Food, Treats, Chews & Supplements
Bring it back within 30 days of purchase with your receipt — even if it's been opened. We'll verify the item and lot information and give you your choice of a full refund or an exchange on the spot.
Non-Consumable Items
Toys, Gear, Bowls & Accessories
Non-consumable items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in new, unused condition and in original packaging when possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If something arrives damaged, is defective, or we sent the wrong product, contact us within 72 hours of receiving it. Include a photo so we can resolve it fast.
