Return Policy

At Pawstock, we stand behind what we sell. We offer a One Hundred Percent (100%) satisfaction guarantee on all consumable items. If something isn’t the right fit, we will work with you to make it right.


Consumable Items (Food, Treats, Chews, Supplements): All consumable items are backed by our One Hundred Percent (100%) satisfaction guarantee. For in-store purchases, returns must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt). Bring the product back (even if opened) so we can verify the item and lot information. You may choose either a One Hundred Percent (100%) refund or an exchange. For online/shipped orders, return requests must be started within thirty (30) days of the delivery date with your order number or proof of purchase. Shipped orders receive a One Hundred Percent (100%) refund once the product is returned. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping back to Pawstock. Refunds are processed within three (3) to five (5) business days after the return is received and inspected.


Non-Consumable Items (Toys, Gear, Bowls, Accessories): Non-consumable items may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase or delivery as long as they are new/unused and in original packaging when possible.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.


How to Start a Return: For in-store purchases, bring the item and your receipt to Pawstock. For online/shipped orders, contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue, and we will reply with return instructions.


Note: This policy is intended to be clear and fair. Pawstock reserves the right to limit or deny returns in cases of repeated abuse or where items fall outside the guidelines above.
